Risotto with pumpkin pie grilled ortoCori

time ago or Tocora (a company specializing in canned Lazio) contacted me to try their products that would have sent me, and possibly make a recipe. Well When the package arrived I was struck by the careful presentation of their products and then ( about 5 minutes later, just in time to take some pictures ) I was there I opened and tasted all I had to stop soon or else ... goodbye recipe!
So I started to work and I made a pie.


Ingredients:


1 roll of pasta brisa
200 gr.
ricotta 2 eggs 3 tablespoons grated parmesan


salt pepper nutmeg

3 slices of ham into small pieces
pumpkin grilled or rtoCori .


Procedure:

In a bowl mix the ricotta with a fork, add in the eggs and mix well, add salt and pepper and put a good grating of nutmeg, stir and put 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, ham and pumpkin into pieces, spread in pan set on the pasta brisa, pizzicatene the edges and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
