The Great Global Warming Swindle è un controverso documentario andato in onda sulla britannica Channel 4 nel Marzo scorso. Questo film ha sollevato un vivace dibattito, per non menzionare l’indignazione del movimento ambientalista.
Il concetto chiave dietro al film è, che a differenza di ciò che viene detto dai mainstream media, il surriscaldamento globale ed i cambiamenti climatici non sono il prodotto delle nostre gas emissions, but only a natural event.

Consenso Scientifico?
Fra le affermazioni fatte dagli autori, uno dei punti più importanti da evidenziare è l’idea che il consenso scientifico a supporto delle teorie ortodosse sia nei fatti inesistente.
Le idee secondo cui il surriscaldamento globale sia opera dell’uomo sono un insieme di credenze scientifiche di poco valore che hanno trovato il consenso e sono state supportate dai mass media. Ci è stato riferito che gli scienziati siano in assoluto accordo e non abbiano alcun dubbio che il surriscaldamento sia diretta conseguenza delle emissioni di carbonio nelle nazioni industrializzate.
In tv abbiamo sentito ripetutamente il consenso di oltre 1500 scienziati su questa questione, sotto l'egida dell'IPCC - the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change.
